Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 41666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 125000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 41666666 ~ 125000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 10(Ten) years..
ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of TK. 3.50 crore under maximum 05 (five) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
iii) The minimum supply or production capacity of Goods of TK.5.00 crore per year substantiated by Audit Reports.
iv) The minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.2.50 Crore, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PG3-8) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v) The tenderer must have FELT manufacturing plant and it should be active in production in the
last five years. Otherwise by the following same criteria of FELT Manufacturer’s Authorization
Letter is required in the Form (e-PG3 – 5).
vi) the tenderer should follow the Pro-Rata progress of the work.
vii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
(a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
(b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(c) Updated Trade license.
viii) The tenderer must have to follow all ITT clauses to submit all other documents accordingly.
