Eligibility criteria:
The minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction/service works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05(Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 01 Lac.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 05 (Five) Lac for the last 05 (five) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1 Lac.
