Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 125000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 375000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 125000000 ~ 375000000.

Eligibility criteria:
As per TDS
1.All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
2.The rate analysis of items will have to be submitted with the Tender as mentioned in TDS.
3. Amendment of PPA-2006 on 1st August, 2016 and Amendment of PPR-2008 on 10 June 2018 shall be applicable for the evaluation of this Tender.
4. In case of JVCA Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover etc) submission, the tenderer must submit the documents (Joint Venture Agreement etc) in favour of percent share among the all Joint Venture partners
.
Special Instructions for Tenderer:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system - TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction tumover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc) of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.6. On-going work must be submitted all PE organization & other Organization
