Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 6000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, all partners shall have minimum 03 (Three) years of General Experience.
(b) i) The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, at least one partner shall have specific experience of providing Broadband internet connectivity of speed minimum 100mbps of value at least Tk. 9 (Nine) lakh under maximum 02 (Two) number of contracts to any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies/ Govt. Owned Companies/ Multinational Companies/ Bank in the last 03 (Three) of years ;i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Satisfactory completion certificates in support of specific experience should include organization name, website, contact details (phone no, fax no, e-mail address),designation of the signatory & date, contract value and quantity.
ii) The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, at least one partner shall have specific experience of supply of IT hardware and/ or Networking related goods of value atleast Tk. 10 (Ten) Lakh under maximum 02 (Two) number of contracts to any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies/ Govt. Owned Companies/ Multinational Companies/ Bank in the last 03 (Three) of years ;i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Satisfactory completion certificates in support of specific experience should include organization name, website, contact details (phone no, fax no, e-mail address),designation of the signatory & date, contract value and quantity.
(c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer over the last Three years shall be greater than Taka 14,10,000.00 (Fourteen Lakh Ten Thousand).
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 3,60,000.00 (Three Lakh Sixty Thousand) only.
