* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Tenderer with valid ABC license holder.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3 (three) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works including i.e. construction of substation /transmission line or installation/maintenance of substation equipment/ transmission line having voltage level 33kV or above, work order value of minimum Taka 70 Lac in maximum 02(Two) contracts (one contract must have minimum value Taka 50 Lac) over a period of last 5 years Including Transformer/ Circuit Breaker installation, testing and commissioning (Years counting back-word from the date of publication of IFT in newspaper).
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka 01 Crore in the last 3 years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 01 Crore.
6) The work shall have to be completed by 90 (ninety) days.
