Brief Description of Package:

Construction of Internal RCC Road at Jashore University of Science & Technology.

Note : Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, the tender will be rejected.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 175000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 17500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5833333 ~ 17500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer should have registration on e-GP portal system.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.
3. Special Instruction: (a) The submitted tender will not be consider as responsive if unusual rates have been quoted by the tenderer for a particular item without submitting any explanation or analysis along with the tender documents. (b) Elementary unit rates of items should be two digit after decimal and quoted rates of items must be three digit after decimal. Last (third) digit of quoted rates of items after decimal must be positive (e.g. .xx1 - .xx9) and quoted rate of items should be same to both of the Rate Analysis & BoQ. Otherwise, the tender shall be reject without any cause.
4. After completion the tender opening process, if disable to downloading important documents of the tender, which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
5. Up to date Trade license/VAT/Tax Certificate for the year 2021-2022.
6. The tenderer shall be submitted liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form is provided in Section 7 (General Specifications). The tender will not be considered as responsive without submitting liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form. Amount of liquid asset is TK.25,00,000/-
7. Similar nature of Construction works who have completed one work minimum amounting to Tk 49,00,000/- over a period of last 5 years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body
8. Minimum annual average construction turn over TK.1,50,00,000/- in best 3 years in the last 5 years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body
9. All BD/Pay Order must be in favour of Jessore University of Science & Technology, Jessore-7408
10. Minimum Tender capacity is TK. 50,00,000/-
