Brief Description of Package: Procurement of 250mm dia uPVC pipe and fittings for construction of buried pipe line (1000meter each) of 2-cusec electric operated submersible pump (Lot No: 03).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Only Local Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 3 (Three) years general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.

The minimum supply value of 250 mm nominal diameter (or above) uPVC pipes and fittings under a single contract in the last 3 years is Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.

The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakhs. The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company's account showing balance of minimum Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakhs for at least in a single day not before publication date of the Tender.

ISO 9001:2008 Certificate in favour of the manufacturer of goods is required.

The Tenderer must submit the copy of their up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.

The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).

Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.

Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer.

If the tenderers fail to fulfill the above conditions and any related conditions of this tender documents, then the tender will be rejected.
