Brief Description of Package: Installation of Solar system and pump for dugwell. (Lot No: 02).
Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 200000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work (Installation of Solar panel and pump) as specific experience  of value  Tk 50.00 (Fifty) lakhs under single contract.
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakhs during the last 5 years;
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
