Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Only Local Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 5 (Five) years specific experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
The minimum supply value of 250 mm nominal diameter (or above) uPVC pipes and fittings (Specialized tee, Normal tee etc,) under a single contract in the last 3 years is Tk. 40.00 (Forty) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are:
a. 250 mm nominal diameter and 3.90 mm wall thickness (minimum) 1,00,000 meter uPVC pipes per year
b. 250mm nominal diameter uPVC fittings (Specialized tee (Fabricated) & others) 20,000 nos. per year
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 40.00 (Forty) lakhs.
