Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 6000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e any of kind khal/Nala/earthen canal of value Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) lakhs under a single contract within the last 03 years.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 17.00 (Seventeen) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original scanned copy of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakhs during the last 5 years;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, up-to-date income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, Excavator Ownership/rental deed from excavator (0.9cum) owner for hiring along with the Tender;

The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 01 (One) lots (if responsive lowest more than 01 (One) lots) under the APP of the project.
