6. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
7. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least BDT. 11,69,000.00 ( Eleven Lakh Sixty Nine Thousand.) (2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21)
8. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 18,30,000.00 (Eighteen Lakh Thirty Thousand.) over the best 3 years in the last 5 years. (2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21)
9. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital of credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4,57,000 (Four Lakh Fifty Seven Thousand).
