Brief Description of Package: Excavation of Dug well and setting of R.C.C ring part (1.00 meter inner & 1.15 meter outer dia) including construction by mechanically with necessary equipments and Construction of water distribution line (uPVC pipe-75 mm dia with 360 m length, all materials supplied by contractor) at various site under Project Area for 4 nos of Dug Well.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 60000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
ii) The Tenderer shall have experience for similar work i,e Excavation of Dug well and setting of R.C.C ring part (1.00 meter inner & 1.15 meter outer dia) including construction by mechanically with necessary equipments and Construction of water distribution line (uPVC pipe-75 mm dia with 360 m length, all materials supplied by contractor) successfully completed over the last 5 years in a single contact amounting Tk. 15 Lakh in department of BADC/BMDA/DAE. .
iii) Enlisted firm of Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous body having renewed license (2021-22), up to date trade license, TIN and VAT registration certificate and tenderers enlistment of CPTU are eligible to participant the tender who fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender data sheet (TDS), PCC and other conditions of the tender document.
iv) The Tenderer must have Rotary/Rig machine, winch rope, tripod stand, casing etc. equipment which will be physically verified.
v) Other terms and conditions will be mentioned in the tender schedule.
