Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 25000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion of Civil construction/maintenance and grounding improvement works on 132kV or above (voltage level) Sub-Station as a prime Contractor of tk. 7000000/-(Seventy Lakh) in a single or two or three number of contracts over a period of 5 years shall be required
2. Minimum amount of liquid asset tk 6000000/-(Sixty Lakh).
3. Updated Valid Trade Licence, ABC Electrical Licence, Tax & BIN Certificate.
4. As per ITT-Clause 31.2(a)i. Tender security will be prepared from the bank registered with e-GP system in favour of the POWER
GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD either in the form of a bank draft or pay Order.
5. The Bidder have to submit the relevant work completion certificate, Contact paper and work schedule as the proof of experience.
6. Experiance as a Sub-Contractor is not allowed/granted.
7. The bidder must have grounding works experience on a Power Division enlisted Government Organization such as PGCB, BPDB, BREB, RPCL, DESCO, NESCO, WZPDCO, DPDC, APSCL,NWPGCL.
