Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 95000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 285000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 95000000 ~ 285000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience.
(b) The reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of R.C.C Walkway/R.C.C bridge/R.C.C road works in a single contract with a value of at least Tk. 400.00 Lakhs and 01 (one) number of slope Protection with C.C block on river bank works in a single contract with a value of at least Tk. 400.00 Lakhs in within the last 5 (Five) years.
(c) Available own or hire free equipment with ancillary arrangement & Manpower will be consider in connection with the bidder's capacity & working strength as well as per TDS.
(d) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk.4500.00 Lakhs. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(e) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) must be in the form of PW3-7 of Tk. 400.00 Lakhs. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
(f) The tender capacity is Tk. 850.00 Lakhs. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(g) If Tenderers quoted the tender price more than 10 % (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(h) The intending tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
