Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 866666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 866666 ~ 2600000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible reputed contractors who have the following eligibility criteria:
a)The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of overall experience.
b) The minimum specific experience in similar works of at least 01 contract successfully completed within last the 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 8.00 Lac. The above experience/work completion certificate in a prescribed Form A (attached herewith) shall have to be submitted as follows:
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c)The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 12.00 Lac within the last 05 years.
d)The minimum amount of Liquid Asset as Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 Lac.
e)The minimum Tender capacity shall be:7.00 Lac.
f)The Tenderer must have up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License.
