Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers who have been invited to submit their tenders shall submit the following documents at the time of tender submission:
1. Copy of Valid Trade License.
2. Copy of TIN Certificate.
3. Copy of BIN Certificate.
4. Bank Solvency Certificate.
Others Creiteria:
1. Retention Money : 10.00% of the final bill amount (will be retained for 2 years).
2. Warrenty period : The period of validity of the Warranty shall be 2(two) years, from the date of completion of the work. Providing after sale on site services (4 times) during 2(two) years warranty period including all spares and manpower.
3. Purchase issue : AC Machine should be collected/Purchase from the Manufacturer or Manufacturer's authorized distributor. Copy of machine purchase challan should be submitted along with bill. All AC should be same brand.
4. Original Warranty Card Supplied by Manufacturer should be submitted along with bill.
