Eligibility criteria:
1. Update TIN Certificate
2. Bank Solvency
3. Up-to-date VAT Registrations Certificate
4. Valid Trade License
5.Certificate of experience demonstrating that the participating acid manufacturing or supplying firm has transported Sulphuric Acid via tank lorry.
6. If the tenderer is a sulfuric acid manufacturer, a copy of the government approval and a license for transporting acid must be submitted. In the case of a supplier, an authorization certificate from the acid manufacturing company and a license for transporting acid by road must be submitted. The acid manufacturer or supplier must deliver the acid to the AFCCL warehouse using acid-proof tank lorries; transportation of acid by any means other than tank lorries is not permitted.
7. Tank lorries used for transporting sulfuric acid must possess a fitness certificate, blue book, registration, road permit, valid driver's license, insurance, etc. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the necessary government clearances/approvals for the movement of vehicles loaded with sulfuric acid on the roads.
