Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 83333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 250000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 83333333 ~ 250000000.
Eligibility criteria:
As per TDS;
The tenderer shall demonstrate its willingness to supply roll-fed white offset Printing paper in phases over a period of four (4) months, with a maximum supply up to 50 (fifty) Metric Ton per week.
The tenderer shall agree to receive payment in two installments. In the first installment, 40% of the value of the total goods received shall be paid upon receipt of 50% of the total goods, subject to certification by the Acceptance Committee. The remaining balance shall be paid after the supply and acceptance of the remaining goods in the second installment.
The Tenderer shall submit the samples of Roll-fed white offset Printing Paper, along with test reports issued by BCSIR, Dhaka, Bangladesh, for the offered samples, to the Office of the Press Manager, Islamic Foundation Press, as specified in the Technical Specification and Compliance of Goods and Related Services Form (Form e-PG3-5) before 04:00 PM on 25 October, 2026;
The tenderer shall conduct a minimum of three sample tests during the entire supply period and submit the corresponding test reports at its own expense.
The tenderer shall be required to submit a minimum sample quantity of 05 kg of White Offset Printing Paper in roll-fed form. Samples submitted in sheet-fed or ream form shall not be accepted.
Failure to submit the sample at roll-fed form within the specified time shall render the tender non-responsive;
No items shall be accepted unless they strictly conform to the approved samples.
A Tenderer debarred by any Government agency shall be considered ineligible to participate in this tender;
If any false, forged, or fraudulent document is submitted, the Tenderer shall be debarred from participation in the tender process and/or subject to action as per applicable rules.
