Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least one (1) contract of similar nature involving installation, testing and commissioning of Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS), including Oxygen and Vacuum/Suction pipelines, in a Hospital/Healthcare Facility during the last 5 (five) years, with a minimum contract value of Tk. 20.00 (Taka Twenty) Lakh only.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 1.00 (One) Crore over the last 05 (Five) financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh.
6. Up-to-date Trade License, valid VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate, Income Tax Certificate
7. Must have Up-to-date ABC/BC Category Supervisory & Contractor license.
8. The Tenderer shall have assured access to the essential equipment and tools required for installation, pressure testing, leakage testing and commissioning of Medical Gas Pipeline System, including suitable equipment for Oxygen and Vacuum/Suction pipeline works.
9. Other terms and conditions as per TDS and PPR-2025.
