Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.Update Trade License, Update TIN and VAT certificate.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/repair of Building works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
3.a. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction/repair works of at least one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (Five) years. b. Similar nature of work means completion of construction/repair works valued at least Tk. 9.00 (Nine) lac in a single Contract under Public fund. Tenderar Must Submit Work certificate or Completion Certificate ( Formate:e-PW2A-F) as specific experience.
4. The required average annual Construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lac per year over the period of last 05 (Five) years. Average annual Construction turnover completed under public sector shall only be considered.
i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.13.00 (Thirteen) Lac. The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be TK. 09.00 (Nine) Lac.
7. Tenderer having any delayed/incomplete works without valid reason under this Division will be considered as non-responsive.
8. The Successful Tenderer shall under no circumstances assign the works or any part of it to the Sub-Contractor(s).
9.Others Eligibility Remain as per TDS and STD.
N.B. Selected Tenderer must have provided pre-work and post-work photography and videos with submitted bill.
