Eligibility criteria:

a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
(1). The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 01 years.
[a minimum of one (1) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in thee-GP System]
(2).The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 62000/-(Taka Sixty-two thousand only) [The Tenderer will submit the copy of work order/contract deed along with the experience certificate years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.]
(3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset and working capital and credit line(s) and specific credit commitment (Form PG2-7) Certificate must be issued between in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be is Tk 75000/-(Taka Seventy-five thousand only) publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
(4). Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(5). Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate ; (2025-2026 or 2026-2027)
(6). The tenderer must submit TIN certificate
(7). e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(8). Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is supplier) [When applicable];
(9).Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
