Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 10000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years in the electro-mechanical works.
b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of similar nature electro-mechanical work in a single contract with a mimnimum value of Tk.30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lac ) in a Single Contract under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies within last 5(Five) years.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac) over the last 5(five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk.30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lac ) . Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as per STD Form e-PW2A
e)The Tenderer must posses:
i) Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate obtained by NBR, TIN & VAT Certificate,
ii) Valid ABC Contactory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board abd IRC Certificate.
iv) Complete site visit report must be authenticated by the PE.
f) The tenderer must have Manufacturer Authorization certificate for sound system from the Manufacturers/Distributor.
