Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Soyabean Oil for the Period of July/2026 to September/2026.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2166666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. [a minimum of one (1) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System]
(2) As a supplier, one must possess minimum specific experience of having successfully completed at least one contract for the supply of similar products.(3)  As a Sample 01(one) liter (intact plastic bottle) Edible Soybean Oil (Enriched in Vitamin A) must be submitted to the Assistant Director, Fire Service & Civil Defence Jashore. The Sample submition last date & time is tender closing/opening date 19.10.2026 and time before14:00 pm.
(4) Attested copics of Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier, (5) TIN certificate; (certificate must have to submitted), (6) Income Tax [ 2025-2026 or 2026-2027 year] (certificate must have to submitted), (7) Income Tax Acknowledgement slip must have to submitted (8) VAT Registration, e-BIN (13 Digits) (certificate must have to submitted) (9) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (10) Authorisation letter from Manufacturer (only for Suppliers). [Authorisation letter must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].(Others as per TDS). (11) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is (Form PG2-7) Tk. 25,00,000/-(Taka Twenty- Five lakh  only). [“Acceptance Certificate” must submitted) be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
