Brief Description of Package: 1. Description of Rations:
(1). Soybean Oil: Cans Soybean Oil-pure and clear of superior quality, in transparent cans of various sizes (1/2 litre, 1 litre, 2 litres, 3 litres) and must be approved by BSTI. (Tir /fresh/equivalent about 1000.00 litres for 05(Five) months).
(2). Musturi Dal (Desi): Packed in high quality dry, fresh, clean, Peeled (1kg) bags of Small varieties have at least 600 seeds per 10g of pulses.(Tir /fresh/Akiz/equivalent about 1000.00 kg for 05(Five) months).
(3). Sugar: To be in dry and clean well developed packet.(Tir/fresh/Equivalent about 600.00 kg for 05(Five) months).
(4). Polao Rice: Desi small grains of good quality should be dry, firm, clean and in good quality packets.(Tir /fresh/(Kalijira /equivalent) about 40.00 kg for 05(Five) months).
2. Rations (Dashi Red Lentil, Sugar, Soybean Oil, Polao Rice) should be provided each month between 1st to 10th on the basis of monthly demand and Rations should be delivered to the office at own expense.

Eligibility criteria:
1.(a) Attested photocopy of valid trade license of current Fiscal Year year, photocopy of VAT registration certificate, relevant work experience certificate (if any). (b) Financial solvency certificate for the current financial year issued by any Scheduled Bank, attested photocopy of National Identity Card. (c) Photocopy of income tax payment certificate mentioning TIN No/e –TIN for current Fiscal Year year (d) Demanded sample of ration material as per description
2. the tender contract may be extended for a maximum of 3 (three) months in urgent cases until the new contractor is appointed for the next financial year.3. thr supply of the goods as per the monthly demand letter/work order.
4. the ration material mentioned in the tender and to increase or decrease any item.6. According to the relevant product samples submitted by the tenderer along with the tender, the goods of ration material shall be supplied at full cost (load-unload,transportation cost and all other expenses) to the verification/survey committee through 03 copies of challan.The goods will be accepted only if the quality and quantity of the goods are verified by the inspection/survey committee and the goods are found to be satisfactory.7. If the ration goods are not supplied as per the samples of the respective products submitted along with the tender, the tenderer will be obliged to take back the supplied ration goods at his own cost and at the same time supply the ration goods according to the samples of the respective products at his own cost (load-unload, transport costs and all other expenses) to the verification/survey committee again through 3 copies of invoice. In this case, there will be no valid objection. Otherwise, necessary action will be taken to blacklist the tenderer along with confiscation of performance security money.8 Bills will be paid through Government Cross Check after deducting VAT, Income Tax as per Government Rules.
