Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. Attested copy of the valid Trade License.
2. Attested copy of the Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2025-26).
3. Attested copy of the VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN).
4. Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 50000/- from any scheduled Bank; without which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive according to ITT clause 11.
