* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 650000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1950000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 650000 ~ 1950000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. A minimum of three (03) years of general experience in the supply of electrical equipment is required. Eligibility is determined by counting backward from the official IFT publication date with in the newspaper.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Electrical Goods/ Similar Goods of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03(three) years, value of at least Tk 4.5(four point five) lac minimum . Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk 6.0(six) lac.
4.To ensure seamless integration, offered enclosure air conditioners (panel coolers) for Converter Transformer Marshalling Kiosks must maintain 100% compatibility with the current system’s GA drawings and physical dimensions. Non-compliant submissions shall be deemed technically unresponsive and subject to summary rejection.
5. The offered enclosure air conditioners (panel coolers) for Converter Transformer Marshalling Kiosks must be supplied within 120 days from the date of contact signing.
6. As per Tender Document (ITT,TDS,GCC,PCC).
