Eligibility criteria:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(i) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 19,50,000.00 [Nineteen Lakh fifty thousand only] under public sector maximum single [1] contracts in the last five [5] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(iii) Supplier must submit the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at maximum single [1] contract successfully completed within the last [5] years, each with a value of at least BDT 19,50,000.00 [Nineteen Lakh fifty thousand only] with NOA copy and Completion Certificate, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 21,50000.00 [twenty-one Lakh fifty thousand only].
Special Instruction:
(i) Supplier must submit Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (2025-2026 or onward) etc. otherwise Tenderer wil be considered as Non-Responsive
(ii) The Registration Certificate of the Bangladesh Computer Samity for the current financial year.
