Eligibility criteria:
Quotationers shall have legal capacity to enter into contract . Quotationers, in support of its qualification shall be required to submit certified photocopies of the following documents related to:
1. Valid Trade License,
2. Tax Clearence Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (2025-2026 or onward))
3. VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN)
4. Financial solvency Certificate showing liquid asset at least BDT 4,20,000 (Four lakh twenty thousand) from any scheduled bank.
