Eligibility criteria:
a) Up-to-date Valid trade license, Vat registration Certificate, Income tax Clearance Certificate.
b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be [03] years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of building work successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. [80.00 Lakhs]. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
d) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk [70.00 Lakhs] over the last [05] financial years, Total = Tk.7000000.00 x 5 = Tk. 35000000.00 (Three Crore Fifty Lakhs).
e) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [70.00 Lakhs]; Bank statement not alowed.
f) The minimum capacity shall be: 10000000.00 (One Crore).
g) Work done bill will be paid in accordence with fund availablity.
h) The required audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past [02] years.
