Brief Description of Package: Emergency repair and restoration of damaged underground primary copper cable under Phones-2, Secretariat, Ramna, Dhaka, including excavation/access to damaged cable, cable handling, cutting and preparation, supply and installation of required cable jointing materials, jointing of primary copper cable, installation of associated protection/ducting materials, testing and fault identification, restoration of disconnected telephone connections, backfilling/reinstatement and all associated works necessary to restore the affected telecommunication services to normal operation. The required primary copper cable shall be provided by BTCL from its designated store. The Tenderer shall supply all other required materials, consumables, labour, skilled technicians, tools, equipment, transportation and complete the work on a supply-and-installation basis.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have the following valid documents:
a) Valid Trade License.
b) Valid TIN Certificate and Income Tax Return Submission Certificate.
c) Valid BIN (VAT Registration) Certificate.
d) The Tenderer shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility by the Government of Bangladesh in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2006 and Public Procurement Rules (PPR), 2025.
