is financially sound, supported by a Bank Solvency Certificate and Bank Statement for the last three (3) months issued by a scheduled bank, and is not insolvent, bankrupt, or under receivership;
has the technical capability and relevant experience to supply the specified goods and related services in accordance with the RFQ requirements;
is not debarred, suspended, or declared ineligible by the Government of Bangladesh or any applicable Development Partner; and
complies with all other eligibility requirements specified in the RFQ Document.
