Brief Description of Package: Emergency Repair & Maintenance of Sanitary and Plumbing works (SFF of Combi-Closet, Cleaning of Septic tank, Soak well, Inspection pit, Sewer line and replacement of damaged Sanitary Pipe) of OPD Building at Terokhada Upazila Health Complex in Khulna District.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Renewed updated enlistment category contractor who are registered in the National e-GP (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) System portal are eligible to Participate.
b) Up to date HED License, Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and Bank Solvency Certificate must be submitted with the Tender.
c) Submission, Opening and Evaluation of the Quotations shall respectively be dealt with pursuant to Rule of CPTU guidelines the PPA- 2006 and PPR - 2025.
d) Pursuant to Rule 69 (5) of the PPR 2008 the Quotation for low value simple Works shall be on the basis of ‘Unit-Rate’ depending on the level of estimating the quantity of works.
e) Notification of Award (NOA) will be issued to the successful Tenderer after recommendation of the evaluation committee & obtaining approval from AO. Submission, Opening, Evaluation, Same quoted lowest total amount for a package and all such others, shall respectively be dealt with pursuant to Rule SRO 21 of the PPR 2025.
f) The defaulter Contractor of HED/HED Khulna division are not allowed to Participate in this Tender Process.
