Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electro-mechanical works shall be 03 (Three) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in electro-mechanical works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract completion of successfully completed within last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 65.00 (Sixty Five) Lakh only.

3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 75.00 (Seventy five) Lakh within the best 5 (five) years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.70 (Seventy) Lakh .
5.The minimum tender capacity should be Tk.65.00 (Sixty five) Lakh only.
