(5) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of
at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a
value of at least Tk. 15.00 lac.
(6) National Identity Card
(7) Bond countersigned on the pad of the organization stating that the
firm/organization of the tenderer is not blacklisted
(8) 03 (three) sample signatures on the pad of the organization attested by a
1st class officer
(9) Contractor's license for the implementation of the relevant work
(10) Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document/schedule.Original documents from No. 01 to No. 08 must be
produced at the time of tendering
