5. Sufficient liquid assets/financial solvency Certificate/credit line facilities (use BPPA prescribed format).
6. Press Declaration Under Section 4(2) of “Printing and Publication (Declaration and Registration) Act, 1973”
7. Only printing press related tenderers are eligible to participate in this tender.
