Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Fita pipe for extension of irrigation area.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 12000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Updated  ISO standardization certificate of  the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lakh under maximum 2 (two) contracts in the last 5(Five) of years
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lakh.
4. Audit Report with DVC (Document Verification Code) of last 3 (Three) years Must be submit along with offer.
5. The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
6. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
7. The bidder must submit a sample of 01 (one) set 30 meter Hose(Fita) pipe on 15.10.2026 within 4:00 PM  at the office of the Executive Engineer, BADC, Habiganj. The receipt copy of sample must have to submit with the tender document.
