Brief Description of Package: Procurement of 14 CCTV Cameras and Necessary Accessories for Setup, Cabling, Installation, and Configuration of a CCTV Surveillance System, Including a Complete Desktop Computer Set for Bakhrabad Adarsha School, BGDCL, Chapapur, Cumilla.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must submit a certified photocopy of Valid and updated Trade License.
2. Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Last Assessment Year.
3. Must submit a certified photocopy of VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN).
4. Submit a Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 6 Lakhs from any scheduled Bank.
5. The Tenderer shall have at least one (1) successfully completed work experience for supplying Computer, IT Equipment, or related goods to any Government, Autonomous, or Semi-Autonomous Organization.
6. The Tenderer shall provide after-sales service and technical support during the warranty period.
