If any fake bank draft/pay order is submitted, legal action will be taken as per the provisions of PPR-2008 (amended-2009, 2026, 2018 and 2025) including rejection of the tender of that bidder, subject to proof. After the completion of the tender process, after receiving the performance security of the successful bidder, the pay order/bank draft of the tender security will be returned to the unsuccessful bidder on application.
