3. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.
4. Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2025-26 & 2026-27];
5. Tender Security shall be TK. [65748/-] in Favor of Director General (DG), CEVTA, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.
