* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 240000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 80000000 ~ 240000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of Auditorium Construction or Building construction works having Auditorium works successfully completed within the last 10(Ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 500.00 Lac (Tk. Five hundred Lac only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Specific experience certificate to be submitted must be in the prescribed format of tender documents.
c)The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 800.00 Lac ( Tk. Eight hundred Lac only) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years or the best five years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. Payment certificates received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk. 250.00 Lac (Tk Two hundred & Fifty Lac only) & must be submitted according to ITT clause no-14.1.
e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 680.00 (Tk. Six hundred & Eighty Lac only).
f)The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC / BC Electrical contractor and ABC / BC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board
