* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.
a)The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be a minimum 1 (one) years.
b)The minimum specific experience of the tenderer in the supply of similar type of goods under at least 1 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk. 8 (Eight) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous body/Renowned private organization successfully completed in a financial year within the last 5 (Five) years.
c)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15 (FIfteen) lac. (Format from standard tender document must be followed)
d)Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
e) The Bidder shall submit the official manufacturer’s catalog, duly signed and stamped by the Bidder, for each item included in the Price and Delivery Schedule. (as proof of technical compliance.)
f) The supplier shall carry out the installation and configuration of all accessories.
g)The Supplier shall provide a Warranty Certificate issued by the Manufacturer.
h)Khulna University authority reserves the right to disqualify any tenderer due to intentional rate quoting/front loading.
Terms and Conditions:
An official Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (MAF) including direct contact details must be provided.
A valid and current ISO certificate relevant to the equipment type must be submitted by an accredited body.
The bidder’s experienced engineers must perform installation, testing, and commissioning.
Hands-on practical training must be provided on-site at the laboratory by the bidder’s experienced engineers
