Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3166666 ~ 9500000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in procurement/construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of cathodic protection system as a Prime Contractor under single contract must be completed within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 25.0 (twenty five) Lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 35 (thirty five) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12 (twelve) Lac . Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(f) Tenderer Must submit up-to-date Enlistment Certificate of 1.4 Class issued from Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC.
(f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 22 (twenty two) Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet
