Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Fire Extinguisher Refill for PKSF Bhaban-2
Eligibility criteria:
1. Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract.
2. Quotationer, in support of its qualification shall be required to submit certified photocopies of latest documents related to-
(a) Valid Trade License,
(b) Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (2024-2025),
(c) VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN);
(d) Financial Solvency Certificate from any scheduled Bank; and
(e) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least one contract involving supply/refilling/servicing of fire extinguishers during the last 3 years. Documentary evidence such as Work Order/Purchase Order/Completion Certificate shall be submitted.
Without these documents, the Quotation may be considered non-responsive.
