Brief Description of Package: Procurment of Repair work on the lift in the Academic Building of the Police Training Center, Rangpur.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The bidder must possess general experience and a good reputation in the supply of spare parts over the past one year (the timeframe will be calculated from the date of IFT publication in the e-GP system).
2. The tenderer must have experience in satisfactorily completing the supply of similar goods worth at least BDT 3,00,000 (three lakh) against work orders from any government, semi-government, or autonomous institution in Bangladesh.
3. The tenderer must possess liquid assets amounting to BDT 5,00,000 (five lakh), in accordance with the PG2-5 format (the timeframe will be calculated from the date of IFT publication in the e-GP system).
4. Must possess an up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate.
5. High-quality materials must be supplied.
6. In accordance with the general and special terms of the contract and the work order, the supplier must supply and warehouse all necessary spare parts for the lift repair at the Rangpur Police Training Center at their own expense.
7. Income tax and VAT will be deducted in accordance with government regulations. Bills will be paid upon receipt of the allocation from the government.
8. Even if market prices rise for any reason, the contractor shall remain bound to supply the goods at the quoted rate. Otherwise, legal action will be taken against the concerned contractor, and the tender security/performance security amount will be forfeited.
9. The price quoted in the tender must be consistent with the market price.
10. The supplied equipment/parts must have a warranty period of at least one year from the date of supply, and one year of free servicing must be provided.
11. The purchasing authority reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel the tender at any time without assigning any reason. The authority is not obliged to accept the lowest bidder's tender.
