3. The Tenderer shall submit updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2023-24 or 2024-25.
4. Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand) from any scheduled Bank.
