Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Best quality Polao Rice(Chinigura) for Fy 2026-2027 2nd Quarter (October/2026 To December/2026) at District Police Ration Store, Bogura.

1) High quality Polao Rice required as per the work order.
2) As a general and special condition of the agreement, high quality polao rice shal be supplied as per the sample of high quality polao rice kept at Bogura Police Ration Store. The high quality polao rice required as per the work order shal be delivered to Bogura Police Ration Store at its own cost and warehoused. If the high quality polao rice is not supplied as per the sample,legal action shal be taken including confiscation of the security deposit.
3) Sample of Polao Rice must be submitted to Police Ration Store, Bogura before the opening of the tender.

Tender Document Price: Tk. 500; Tender Security: 18000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 600000 ~ 1800000.
