Brief Description of Package: The existing Clearing House System of DTCA must be operated and maintained efficiently 24 hours, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year and troubleshooted accordingly (if required) by the IT Service Provider. The IT service provider will also be responsible for the fare settlement with various public transport operators within the specified time. Specifically, the IT service provider will monitor, maintain, update, and troubleshoot the applications, cloud system, and hardware (e.g. physical server, server storage, and network) as well as provide complete operational support (e.g. system application monitoring, system security maintenance, error handling and troubleshooting, reports, and PTO/agent settlement report reportreconciliation) to run the Clearing House System of DTCA.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Must have completed projects with a cumulative value of at least Taka 2 Crore across a maximum of two projects (each projects with a value of at least Tk. 1 crore) in software/e-governance/e-service solution design, development, implementation/operation, and maintenances experience in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body/Non-Government Organizations (Documentary evidence including Work Completion Certificates and other relevant supporting documents (such as Notice of Award (NoA) and contract agreement), must be submitted);
2. Must have at least 01 (one) year of experience in clearing house operation and maintenance or similar/equivalent projects in government, semi-government, autonomous, or non-government organizations (Documentary evidence including Work Completion Certificates, experience certificates and other relevant supporting documents (such as Notice of Award (NoA) and contract agreement) must be submitted);
3. Experience in FeliCa IC card-based systems will be given preference (Documentary evidence including Work Completion Certificates, Experience Certificates and other relevant supporting documents (such as Notice of Award (NoA) and Contract Agreement) must be submitted.)
