Brief Description of Package: Yearly Operation and Maintenance of the Central Air-Conditioning System Installed at the Cardiac Surgery Building of Chattogram Medical College Hospital, Chattogram, for the period from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 (Fiscal Year 2026-2027).

Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible Contractor/Supplier/Manufacturer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Electromechnical works shall be 5 (Five) years*.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature (Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of AC servicing/ operation/ maintenance) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years*, of a value of at least Tk. 6,00,000.00 (Six Lac) under public sector of Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Tk. Ten Lakh) over the last 5 (Five) years*.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Tk Ten Lac).
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(f) The Tenderer must have up-to date ABC/BC Category Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Condition of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
h) PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 shall be followed.
