Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8800000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 26400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8800000 ~ 26400000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction work as Prime Contractor shall be 3 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.
2. The average annual construction turnover under the public sector as specified in the TDS during the period specified in the TDS;
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 66,00,000.00 over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence with the tender demonstrating successful completion of similar works in the past. Alternatively, if the Tenderer does not have such experience, they must submit a valid agreement or authorization with a firm having proven experience in artificial turf installation, confirming that the firm will provide technical support and/or execute the turf installation works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 44,12,000.00 BDT.
Otherwise, the Tenderer’s bid shall be considered non-responsive
5. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 15,00,000.00 BDT
6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) UpdateTrade License.
ii) VAT Registration.
iii) Update TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
*** Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents
