Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall be a reputed vehicle hiring/service provider legally established in Bangladesh with a valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, BIN/VAT Registration Certificate, and other documents as required under the PPR 2025. The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract and shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility by the Government of Bangladesh. The Tenderer shall comply with all eligibility requirements specified in the Tender Document.
